Challenge Shanghai: 1.5km swim, 38km bike, 10km run! This spectacular race will take place on Oct.25!

Your Challenge begins with a stunning 1.5km swim at Shanghai Haiwan National Forest Park. You will complete two laps of 750m each, starting from the scenic boat dock, navigating counterclockwise around two official buoys before returning to the transition zone. It’s a calm, clear, and unforgettable start to your race day.

Once out of the water, you will mount your bike at the T1 area on the park’s iconic Great Lawn. The 38km bike course winds through the forest park’s peaceful internal roads, exits via Gate No.1, and continues along Suitanghe Road, Sihai Road, and the impressive coastal dyke on Tuanjietang Road. You will tackle three dynamic loops of this beautiful coastal route before heading back to the park and finishing at the dismount line. This course combines smooth roads, inspiring scenery, and the perfect balance of challenge and enjoyment.

The final leg brings you to the 10km run, held entirely on the peaceful, tree-lined paths inside Shanghai Haiwan National Forest Park. Consisting of two 5km laps (with a 2.5km out-and-back section each loop), the route offers natural beauty and a supportive atmosphere all the way to the finish. Please keep to the right side of the course as you run. Give it your all, celebrate your effort, and cross the line with pride — this is a moment you’ll remember forever!
