Challenge Shanghai: 0.75km swim, 19km bike, 5km run! This exciting sprint triathlon will take place on Oct.25!
Your race kicks off with a fast and clean 0.75km swim at the scenic boat dock in Shanghai Haiwan National Forest Park. You’ll dive in from the start point, swim one single loop counterclockwise around two marked buoys, then head straight back to the transition zone – a sharp, clear start to set your rhythm for the day.
Once out of the water, you’ll mount your bike at the T1 line on the Great Lawn. The 19km bike course leads you through the forest park’s peaceful internal roads, exits via Gate No.1, and takes you along Suitanghe Road, Sihai Road, and onto the impressive coastal dyke at Tuanjietang Road. After completing one loop of this scenic coastal route, you’ll head back through the park and finish at the dismount line, ready for your final leg.
Last comes your 5km run, held entirely on the quiet, green paths inside Haiwan National Forest Park. This fast out-and-back course features a single 5km lap with a 2.5km turnaround point, surrounded by calm nature the entire way. Please stay on the right side of the course as you push toward the finish line. Give it your best – this is your moment to shine and finish strong!
